Shipping policy

Warning due to Covid19 all orders may be delayed. This is out of our control.

General:

To make sure all your packers are properly delivered and that you receive your packages within the time frame we advertise. Please make sure that your address is entered correctly. Be sure to include all relevant and/or required information. Please use the correct abbreviations, street name, street numbers, building or apartment numbers and route information (if applicable). This information is critical for ensuring timely and accurate delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, and/or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is in correct or incorrectly entered at time of purchase.

We will ship to P.O. boxes via USPS. However expedited shipping is not available to a P.O. box. Other carrier options are available and you can change the carriers at anytime.

We are only shipping within the United States at this time.

Processing time:

All orders are subject to process time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and customized orders may take up 2 to 7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) to process.

After your payment is authorized and verified, standard orders can still take 1-3 business days for handling. Custom orders 2-7 business days to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays

Returns and Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges, but we do offer returns via store credit, if we are contacted within 4 days of delivery.

Please remember that most metals naturally tarnish with time. Please limit contact with liquids and handle each piece with care.

Please hand wash all glassware to ensure long lasting designs.
